- Then, add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and all the spices.
- Break up the meat, and add the Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix together and continue to cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- Stir in the thyme, and the meat sauce will be ready when it’s nice and thick.
Assemble the tacos:
- Warm a tortilla until it is toasted.
- Add the cheese and the meat sauce.
- Then, top with salad and shawarma sauce. (I also like to add some sriracha for a kick of heat)

Serving
The salad is easy to make, beautiful, and colorful. Honestly, I just toss all the ingredients in a bowl and stir it up. It’s the perfect topping for the tacos! You can use whole wheat, soft white, or corn tortillas, but try some pita bread if you don’t have that. My favorite is the soft white tortillas. I warm them until toasted and then add the meat sauce and toppings. If you like a little extra heat, definitely kick it up with sriracha sauce. It adds a great sweet heat. Kali Orexi!
