Greek Artichoke Feta Dip (Baked)
This creamy Greek Artichoke Feta Dip is loaded with tender artichoke hearts, tangy feta cheese, Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, and plenty of garlic. Baked until golden and bubbly, it's the perfect appetizer for entertaining and delicious served with pita chips, vegetables, or crusty bread.
Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 scallions, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For Garnish
- Olive oil
- Extra feta cheese
- Fresh dill
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 °F, 190 °C.
Combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, feta, garlic, scallions, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper in a bowl.
Mix until smooth.
Fold in the artichokes and mozzarella cheese.
Transfer to a small baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with feta and dill before serving.
Notes
Serve with pita chips, toasted sourdough, cucumbers, bell peppers, or crackers.
