Whipped Artichoke Feta Dip
This Whipped Artichoke Feta Dip is creamy, tangy, bright, and packed with Mediterranean flavor. It's made with feta cheese, Greek yogurt, artichoke hearts, lemon, and garlic, then topped with olives and herbs for an elegant appetizer that's ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- Black pepper, to taste
For Topping
- Chopped Kalamata olives
- Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Fresh dill
- Olive oil
Instructions
Place the artichokes, feta, yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, and black pepper in a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Top with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, dill, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, omit the cream cheese and add additional Greek yogurt.
This dip can be made up to 3 days ahead.
Serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
