My 5-minute creamy whipped feta dip topped with spicy honey, chewy figs, and toasty pistachios has become a new favorite!

I have made many feta dips on my channel, but this creamy whipped feta with hot honey is now at the top of my list. It’s so incredibly delicious. The smooth, thick, creamy feta is topped with sweet, chewy figs, roasted pistachios, salty olives, and sweet and spicy honey. It’s ready in just five minutes and will be a total crowd pleaser!
This has to be the best combination of flavors ever. The briny feta becomes so lusciously creamy, and the hot honey gives the dip a little heat and a little sweet. Then, you have the chewiness of the figs, with the meatiness of the olives, and a crunch from the pistachios. The whole thing is just heaven in a bite, and I can’t wait for you to try it.
Why is it such a crowd pleaser?
Creamy, tangy, lemony garlic feta dip
Rich, extra virgin olive oil
Sticky, sweet and spicy honey
Chewy caramelly figs
Salty roasted pistachios
Meaty, briny olives

What do I need to make hot honey?
Honey -Greek honey is my favorite because it has a delicious floral note.
Hot sauce -this is for spiciness, so add as much as you like.
What’s in the feta dip?
Feta cheese -the best type to use is a sheep’s milk feta because it’s always a better quality.
Greek yogurt -or sour cream to add a bit of tanginess and help cream the feta.
Garlic clove -grated to melt into the dip and add tons of garlic flavor.
Lemon juice -brightens and freshens the dip.
Olive oil -adds rich flavor and cuts the saltiness of the feta a bit.
What do you top this dip with?
Dried figs -the first thing I do is soak these in hot water to soften them, but you can use fresh figs, and the dip will be even better.
Roasted salted pistachios -chopped for a little crunch in each bite.
Olives -kalamata, green, or your favorite will be good.
Olive oil -be sure to use a good quality extra virgin olive oil because it adds a ton of rich flavor.

How do I prepare the figs?
Place the figs into a bowl and pour enough boiling water over them to cover.
How do I make the dip?
Add all the feta dip ingredients to a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and pulse until smooth. Transfer the dip to a serving plate and use the back of a spoon to create a swirl.
How do I make hot honey?
