Why you’ll want to make this weekly

- Endless topping possibilities
- A Fresh creamy, delicious and versatile creamy whipped feta dip!

A handful of ingredients
- Sheep’s milk feta cheese –if you can find it, this will make your dip so smooth and creamy
- Plain Greek yogurt –or sour cream if that’s what you have
- Garlic clove –roasted garlic works best
- Fresh lemon juice –never from a bottle
- Olive oil –try the best we’ve tasted that’s straight from Crete in our shop!
Tons of garnish options:
- olive oil –Extra virgin has the best flavor
- roasted pistachios –chopped
- harissa sauce –adds a spicy kick
- diced roasted red peppers –good on basically everything
- sumac –tangy with a hint of citrus
- kalamata olives –or your favorite variety
- capers –for a briny bite
- sun-dried tomatoes –deep tomato flavor
- honey –adds a little sweetness
How to roast garlic
Roasting your garlic adds just a touch of sweetness, mellows the sharp flavor of raw garlic, and turns the garlic into a creamy paste. All you need to do is toss your garlic cloves with a bit of olive oil and salt. Then, roast them in a 400 oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden. It’s worth every minute!

How to make creamy whipped feta dip
- Add the feta, yogurt, and garlic into a food processor that has been fitted with the blade attachment, and pulse until smooth.
- Then, add the lemon juice and olive oil and puree until smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with your favorite toppings.

Serving
My favorite way to garnish this dip is to drizzle a little olive oil on top, sprinkle with Greek oregano, and add chopped Kalamata olives. However, I don’t always garnish it that way. Harissa adds a delicious spiciness, and chopped sundried tomatoes add a deep rich flavor. Add what you love and enjoy. Kali Orexi!
