This Mango Tiramisu is a fruity twist on the classic coffee-flavored dessert we all know and love. Mango juice-soaked ladyfingers, luxurious mascarpone cream, and lots of mango flavor! With mangoes in season, it’s the perfect summer dessert. The whole thing is super simple and comes together quickly. You’re going to love every heavenly mango bite!
Ladyfingers are basically dried sponge cake, and you can find them in most grocery stores. They make creating this dessert so easy and create the perfect cake texture after soaking up the delicious mango juice. I typically make it family-style in a 9×13 baking dish, but you can make this in two square pans or even individual trifle cups for a party. You can even make it way ahead of time and freeze it for up to a month.
Why will we love this?
Melt in your mouth,
Mango lady fingers,
Thick, creamy
Whipped, vanilla,
Mascarpone cream frosting,
Sweet, tender mango
Topped with a little
Green pistachio crunch!

What do I need to make mango tiramisu?
Mango juice -I use mango nectar that I get from Costco, but any mango juice will do.
Ladyfingers -ladyfingers are just dried sponge cake.
Fresh mangoes -I cut the pulp into about 1-inch cubes.
Mango Jam -I just posted this recipe, and it’s the best mango jam I’ve ever tasted. With just 4 ingredients, you create the most delicious, thick, creamy, mango flavor bomb jam ever!
What do I need for the cream?
Mascarpone cheese -here’s my homemade mascarpone cheese recipe, which is so much better than store-bought, but if you have one you like, use it.
Confectioner’s sugar -since this is a powder, it blends easily into the mascarpone and doesn’t leave any opportunity for graininess.
Heavy whipping cream -loosens the thick mascarpone and helps whip the mascarpone cheese into a creamy frosting.
Pure vanilla extract -use a good quality vanilla since this is what’s flavoring the mascarpone cream.

Is there a mascarpone cream substitute?
Yes! If you don’t care for it or can’t find it, room-temperature cream cheese can be substituted for the mascarpone cream.
What can I use for garnish?
Pistachios go really well with mangoes, so I like to garnish the top with ground pistachios and mango pieces.
How do I make the cream?
Combine all the cream ingredients together in a mixing bowl and whisk together beginning on low speed and then increasing to high. Beat until thick and fluffy.

How long do I soak the ladyfingers?
Pour some mango juice into a shallow bowl or baking dish and dip the ladyfingers on both sides. Dip them for 2-3 seconds per side until they are coated but not soaked.
How do I assemble the tiramisu?
Arrange the ladyfingers in an even layer to fill the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with a third of the mascarpone cream and spread it over the ladyfingers. Drizzle some mango jam on top, and then add the diced fresh mangoes. Top with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and then with a thin coating of cream.
How do I create the rosettes and garnish on top?
Fill a large pastry bag (fitted with a large open star tip) with the remaining cream and pipe rosettes or a decorative design on top. Garnish by sprinkling ground pistachios over the whole thing and nestle a few of the diced mango pieces into the rosettes so everyone knows exactly what’s beneath the beautiful frosting.
How long does it take the tiramisu to set?
Chill the mango tiramisu in the refrigerator overnight or for 6 hours to set.

What’s the best way to serve mango tiramisu?
Like I said, I usually make this family-style, but I’ve also made it in individual serving cups. You can use trifle cups or try disposable cups for a party so guests can just throw them away. Kali Orexi!
Can you freeze tiramisu?
Yes! The tiramisu can be frozen for up to a month. Once it has been chilled, wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from absorbing freezer odors.
