A handful of ingredients come together to create this delicious side dish. My favorite way to serve this is as an appetizer simply with some toasted bread. Of course, you can keep it low-carb by serving it with some veggie slices.
Recently this feta and tomato combination went viral on Tik Tok. I’ve never seen the viral video but I’ve been told that the tomatoes and feta get mashed up and combined with pasta. So, that’s an option too. This can easily be tossed with some pasta or even over some chicken.
The options are endless. Let me know how you will serve this in the comments section.
