Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes. I have made your Spanakopita and your almond cookies and both were a hit. My friend who is Greek told me that the Spanakopita was the best she had ever had. As far as the almond cookies go, they are dangerous in my house. I treat them like a vitamin(one a day).
