Flaky puff pastry filled with a creamy 3-cheese filling. So yummy!

Watch the Video:
These cheesy puff pastry rolls are the most delicious appetizer for any occasion. They’re so simple to make and can be served alongside any dip. The puff pastry creates light, flaky, slightly crispy rolls, and the cheese combination is perfect. Creaminess from the cream cheese, sharpness from the feta, and ooey, gooey stringiness from the mozzarella. I buy my puff pastry from a restaurant supply shop because they have big, beautiful, easy-to-work-with sheets. They aren’t even folded. However, you can get the puff pastry in the store and connect the two from the box together to make a large sheet. This appetizer will be the talk of the party!

**Baker’s tip** If the pastry isn’t holding its shape for slicing, chill it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes and then slice it.
Make Ahead Freezer Instructions
Once the pastries are assembled and on the baking tray, chill them in the freezer until they’re frozen solid. Transfer them into freezer-safe bags and freeze for up to 2 months. When ready to bake, place the pastries on a baking tray lined with parchment, brush with egg wash, and bake at 350 °F until golden.

Serving
When the rolls come out of the oven, they’ll be flatter than when they went in and look a little messy, with the cheese falling out a bit. I love them this way because they look homemade and rustic. If you’d like them to hold the round shape a bit more, freeze the log for 30-45 minutes after rolling it up. It will give you smoother, neater slices. I serve these on a beautiful platter or cutting board to continue with the rustic theme, and it would go well with some tzatziki or marinara served on the side. A delicious homemade pesto would be a great option, too. Let me know how you served them in the comments below, and share your pictures with me on Instagram. Kali Orexi!
