- I taught this recipe in one of my cooking classes. It was part of a very elegant "Date Night" themed menu. Everyone could not believe just how easy this dish is to prepare. I served this with my spanakorizo (spinach rice pilaf) and it was a huge hit. You can serve it as an appetizer, a main entrée with some pasta or roasted vegetables or even with a nice salad. Just make it! You will not be disappointed and your guests will be very pleased 🙂
- Preheat the oven to the broiler setting.
- Wash the shrimp and pat completely dry. Place on a baking sheet. Pour olive oil over the shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Mix well and lay the shrimp apart to cook evenly. Broil for 6-7 minutes turning once.
- Serve on a platter with ladolemono sauce. Seriously, that's it! Try it and let me know how it turns out 😉
