I’m sharing my famous pita chips recipe. We served and sold these at our cafe for over 10 years while it was open, and they were so popular. People would come and pick up bags of these to take home and enjoy with hummus or tzatziki sauce. They’re absolutely delicious, made with just a few simple ingredients, and so easy to make.

Hi Dimitra,
I made these chips to dip into your bouyourdi recipe for a party I went to. Everyone there kept complimenting me on how good they both are. I think you may have 30 new followers now-they all asked for the recipes.
I have a question. I am making these babies right now and I actually thought you had to seasoned them on both sides so I went ahead and did that. When you cook them you don’t flip them so they cook on both sides?
