This elegant dessert is easier to make than you think and you probably already have all the ingredients in your fridge and pantry! These are as delicious as the crepes I love in Greece. They know how to make these perfectly over there! Filled with all kinds of heavenly fillings: ice cream, berries and chocolate hazelnut spread, bananas, whipped cream, fresh ricotta and honey…..
They’re delicate and so delicious!!! Perfect with a nice hot cup of tea 🙂

Now, you don’t need any fancy equipment! Just a blender and a non stick pan 🙂

Place all of the ingredients, except the butter, in the blender and mix until smooth. With a spatula, give it a mix just in case there is some flour or lumps at the bottom of the mixer. Blend it some more and the batter is ready! That’s it.

Heat the frying pan over medium-high heat and rub just a tiny bit of butter around the pan.
Pour 1/3 cup of crepe batter into the pan and lift the pan and swirl around so the batter covers the bottom of the pan all around.
Cook until the bottom is golden. Just a few minutes. Flip over and cook for about a minute.
Repeat the steps until all the batter is finished.

Fill the crepes with your favorite fillings and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
Enjoy!
