Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • pinch of salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Same roasted vegetable recipe served another way. Combined with a simple balsamic vinaigrette, this already super flavorful dish rises to another level!

While the vegetables are still warm, transfer them into a serving bowl. Combine all of the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl and whisk together to combine.

Pour over the warm roasted veggies. Toss to coat evenly.

Serve!
