Here's everything you will need to make these at home:
Makes about 8 crepes:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Butter for coating the pan
Fillings: chocolate hazelnut spread, bananas, berries, jam, nuts
homemade whipped cream, for topping
Now, you don't need any fancy equipment! Just a blender and a non stick pan :)
Place all of the ingredients, except the butter, in the blender and mix until smooth. With a spatula, give it a mix just in case there is some flour or lumps at the bottom of the mixer. Blend it some more and the batter is ready! That's it.
Heat the frying pan over medium-high heat and rub just a tiny bit of butter around the pan.
Pour 1/3 cup of crepe batter into the pan and lift the pan and swirl around so the batter covers the bottom of the pan all around.
Cook until the bottom is golden. Just a few minutes. Flip over and cook for about a minute.
Repeat the steps until all the batter is finished.
Fill the crepes with your favorite fillings and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
